Dov was named as a Hauser Leader at the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School in the Fall of 2022. The Hauser Leaders Program at the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School brings distinguished leadership practitioners from across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors to CPL to engage with students, faculty, and the wider Harvard community and bring to campus living examples of principled and effective public leadership.

The NXTGEN Fellowship for Moral Leadership

Dov founded the NXT-GEN Fellowship for Moral Leadership as part of his work at The HOW Institute for Society. The fellowship is a global, cross-organizational learning experience for emerging leaders navigating an increasingly interdependent and morally activated world. The NXT-GEN Fellowship helps ensure that the formal leaders of the future have a deeper well of moral authority to call upon as they advance in their careers.

The Elie Wiesel Foundation Prize in Ethics

Dov is the long-time partner of The Elie Wiesel Foundation Prize in Ethics Essay Contest. The Prize in Ethics encourages students to write thought-provoking personal essays that raise questions, single out issues, and offer rational arguments for ethical action. All submissions to the essay contest are judged anonymously. Winning essays present intensely personal stories, originality, imagination, and clear articulation and convey genuine grappling with an ethical dilemma.
